BioWhen I was six years old, my real father came home with a litter of kittens. "James," he said, "you are still a child. You are not one once you learn about mortality. Its time you became a man." He then made me drown each one of those kittens. I lived with that man for 12 years. After that I moved in with my mom. We moved to kentucky then finally here.
Later when I was sixteen I watched a man die. I looked into his eyes as he drew his last breaths and died for blood loss, and complication from getting his ass jumped by three men. And I learned that dad was right. I did learn something. I learned that there was no absolution in the end. There was not the slightest hint of judgement in that mans eyes. In the end all of our pain, all of our joy means nothing. I, we, YOU mean nothing. I learned that there is no fate or grand scheme, there will only be those times when you suffer and those times when you do not.
I've been lost here ever since.
